Refund policy
We offer a 90-day return window on all eligible items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 90 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return. After 90 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after receipt
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@cupmeg.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
- Pack your item securely and ship it to our returns address using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at support@cupmeg.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
