1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery. Please note this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery via the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Cupmeg is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@cupmeg.shop.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times for international orders may vary.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
